Custom Printed Slate Photo Display

These stunning slates can be printed with any photo you like! They make excellent gifts for Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, birthdays or any other special occasion. All you need to do is choose your favourite photo and we will take care of the rest.

The slates are left rough at the edges to give them a rustic, natural look. They are polished smooth in the centre and your image is printed on a High Gloss finish.

The slates come with a stand, this makes them easy to display on shelves, tables mantel pieces, fire places or any other flat surface.

Important Information Before Purchasing

All personalised slate products are made from natural stone, meaning each piece is unique. Variations and imperfections especially around the edges are to be expected and enhance the rustic aesthetic.
For best results, please avoid placing important parts of your photo close to the edges. We are unable to offer replacements due to natural variations in the slate.

Personalising your Photo Slate

These products couldn’t be easier to customise. All you need to do is upload your chosen image, pick whether you would like a small or large slate and we will take care everything else! We recommend using original images (not screen shots or images downloaded from social media) in as high a definition as you can, this will ensure the best results once the photos are printed.

Personalisation

Please double check your personalisation as how it appears here will be how it appears on the product, including spacing and punctuation. Please do not include accents, emojis and special symbols as some of our processes will not allow this.

Photo Uploads

If you have chosen a keepsake that requires you to upload a photo, please ensure the photo is the highest quality that it can be, ideally no screen shots. We can only print the quality of image that you send us.

Shipping

PRODUCTION TIME: Dispatched within 1-3 working days Next working day delivery available, but excludes production time.

We offer a choice of delivery options for your order. Please check on the individual product page that the item you are ordering is eligible for the delivery service you require.

Royal Mail 48 (excludes production time) - £4.49
Estimated to arrive with you between 2 and 4 working days after dispatch

Royal Mail 24 (excludes production time) - £5.99
Estimated to arrive with you between 1 and 2 working days after dispatch

Courier Next Working Day (excludes production time) - £9.99
Your order is dispatched with our courier for delivery the following working day when ordered Monday - Friday before 1pm. This is not a Weekend Delivery service, any orders placed after 1pm on Thursday and before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Any orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be delivered on Tuesday. Any items ordered at the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the first working day.

Frequently Asked Questions


Can I get my order on Next Day Delivery?

Yes we offer a Next Day Delivery service, but please note that this does not include production time. The delivery timescales are always excluding the production time.
We do endeavour to get all items out as quickly as possible but some items will take between 1-3 working days.

How quickly do you send out my order?

The estimated dispatch time of all our products are listed on each product page as our production times vary depending on the process used for personalisation. The majority of our products are dispatched within 2 working days, however some can take up to 5.

 

When will I receive my order?

When you receive your order will depend on what type of product you have ordered and the delivery option you have chosen. Please read our delivery information page for full details of estimated delivery arrival times.

Can I cancel my order?

If we have not started processing your order you are free to cancel and we will provide a full refund. You must email us via our contact page immediately. We must receive the email before production has commenced. Once production has started we will not be able to cancel and refund your order.


I don't like how my product turned out, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately as your item is personalised we are unable to offer a refund on your order. For more information on how personalised items are excluded from distance selling regulations please visit the Which website.


I want to make a bulk order, do you offer discounts?

We can offer a discount on certain products depending on the quantity ordered. Please contact us and we will be able to give you more information on this.
