absolutely perfect! I am SO happy with the outcome. It turned out beautifully and it is such a special gift. I appreciate what Helen is doing for people like me. I lost my significant other, my best friend, my soulmate on April 24th of this year less than 3 months ago. He was only 29. He died unexpectedly in our home due to an overdose. I have ordered multiple keepsake items since then as I am desperately grasping for anything i possibly can to keep his memory alive. I used this box to hold all of his most precious personal items he left behind. It truly means the world to me. Thank you, to Helen and her team, for this amazing box. They answered all of my questions and kept open communication throughout the whole process! I will cherish this forever. I cannot begin to express my gratitude and appreciation! THANK YOU! 😭❤️

Fab quality of wood and picture and writing is good quality. Personalisation was done exactly how I requested. Would say to properly look at measurements as it was smaller than I envisioned but my own fault for not checking. Highly recommend this shop.
