Bought as a gift, it was faulty, the screws on the box popped off as soon as I opened it. Customer service team advised I try and screw again,ltried but the screws wouldn’t take so I asked for a replacement and was told they would repair if I post back (they would refund for 2nd class postage) and send proof of postage. It was a gift for a birthday so with the slow response to messages there was no way it would be back in time, ( I explained this and explained it was a birthday present for my mum and it was a memory box, my sister died 4 months ago, it was mums first birthday since her passing. )They offered me 50% off if I wanted to repair myself … I ordered from another seller and will now attempt a return … postage costs won’t be covered!Slow customer service for faulty goods! Some insight and compassion would help!

I ordered this box, not for a wedding, but as a memory box for a widowed friend. I am placing some photos inside it of some joyous occasions they shared. The foliage design on the lid is beautiful and the fonts are perfect to show the personalisation of the name and added phrases.
