Our beautiful slate hearts make a unique gift for any occasion! Personalise your heart shaped slate with one of your favourite photos to share a treasured memory. It makes a quirky alternative to a traditional heart photo frame, which is ideal for wedding, anniversary and valentines day gifts!
Our personalised slate hearts are available in two sizes - small and large. Choose your size, then upload your image using the image upload button! We will take care of the rest!
Each slate heart comes with 2 plastic feet which enables you to display the photo slate on a bookcase, mantle piece, table or any other flat surface.

Please read before purchasing:
All our photo slate products are cut from natural pieces of stone, so there may be variations and imperfections in the shape and size, particularly around the edges. This is part of the product, and we feel it adds to the rustic aesthetic. We will not offer replacements due to variations in the natural rock.

Please double check your personalisation as how it appears here will be how it appears on the product, including spacing and punctuation. Please do not include accents, emojis and special symbols as some of our processes will not allow this.
Photo Uploads
If you have chosen a keepsake that requires you to upload a photo, please ensure the photo is the highest quality that it can be, ideally no screen shots. We can only print the quality of image that you send us.
Shipping
PRODUCTION TIME: Dispatched within 1-3 working days Next working day delivery available, but excludes production time.
We offer a choice of delivery options for your order. Please check on the individual product page that the item you are ordering is eligible for the delivery service you require.
Royal Mail 48 (excludes production time) - £4.49
Estimated to arrive with you between 2 and 4 working days after dispatch
Royal Mail 24 (excludes production time) - £5.99
Estimated to arrive with you between 1 and 2 working days after dispatch
Courier Next Working Day (excludes production time) - £8.99
Your order is dispatched with our courier for delivery the following working day when ordered Monday - Friday before 1pm. This is not a Weekend Delivery service, any orders placed after 1pm on Thursday and before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Any orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be delivered on Tuesday. Any items ordered at the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the first working day.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get my order on Next Day Delivery?
Yes we offer a Next Day Delivery service, but please note that this does not include production time. The delivery timescales are always excluding the production time.
We do endeavour to get all items out as quickly as possible but some items will take between 1-3 working days.
How quickly do you send out my order?
The estimated dispatch time of all our products are listed on each product page as our production times vary depending on the process used for personalisation. The majority of our products are dispatched within 2 working days, however some can take up to 5.
When will I receive my order?
When you receive your order will depend on what type of product you have ordered and the delivery option you have chosen. Please read our delivery information page for full details of estimated delivery arrival times.
Can I cancel my order?
If we have not started processing your order you are free to cancel and we will provide a full refund. You must email us via our contact page immediately. We must receive the email before production has commenced. Once production has started we will not be able to cancel and refund your order.
I don't like how my product turned out, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately as your item is personalised we are unable to offer a refund on your order. For more information on how personalised items are excluded from distance selling regulations please visit the Which website.
I want to make a bulk order, do you offer discounts?
We can offer a discount on certain products depending on the quantity ordered. Please contact us and we will be able to give you more information on this.
