Personalisation will appear as entered on line 2 and the back on the mug. Line 1 will appear in fixed upper case.
Hand washing is recommended to maintain the quality of your personalisation.

This is not a Weekend Delivery service, any orders placed after 1pm on Thursday and before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Any orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be delivered on Tuesday. Any items ordered at the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the first working day.
