This personalised memorial bench is beautiful cast stone seat that is the perfect place to sit and remember a loved one. The sentimental verse that comes as standard on this bench reads:
Those we love don't go away,
they walk beside us everyday.

You can add an extra special touch to your remembrance bench with up to three lines of text, each with up to 21 characters. A personal touch that honours the memory of your dearly missed loved one.
Each bench is unique as it is created from concrete based, manufactured cast stone and the words are cut into the stone at manufacture so they won't rub off. Each measures approx 74 x 30 x 37cm and weighs approximately 32 kg.
The bench is made from poured concrete and the legs come out of one mould so will look the same when you take them out. You can construct your bench in 2 ways (see point 12 in the instructions) You can follow the arrows and have 1 smooth and 1 textured surface facing outwards OR you can assemble with the arrows/legs pointing in opposing directions with either both smooth or both textured finishes facing outwards. The glue provided will set the legs whichever way want to have it.
The benches are made from cast stone and all have a lifetime guarantee.

Photo Uploads
If you have chosen a keepsake that requires you to upload a photo, please ensure the photo is the highest quality that it can be, ideally no screen shots. We can only print the quality of image that you send us.

We offer a choice of delivery options for your order. Please check on the individual product page that the item you are ordering is eligible for the delivery service you require.

Courier Next Working Day (excludes production time) - £8.99
Your order is dispatched with our courier for delivery the following working day when ordered Monday - Friday before 1pm. This is not a Weekend Delivery service, any orders placed after 1pm on Thursday and before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Any orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be delivered on Tuesday. Any items ordered at the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the first working day.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get my order on Next Day Delivery?
Yes we offer a Next Day Delivery service, but please note that this does not include production time. The delivery timescales are always excluding the production time.
We do endeavour to get all items out as quickly as possible but some items will take between 1-3 working days.
How quickly do you send out my order?
The estimated dispatch time of all our products are listed on each product page as our production times vary depending on the process used for personalisation. The majority of our products are dispatched within 2 working days, however some can take up to 5.
When will I receive my order?
When you receive your order will depend on what type of product you have ordered and the delivery option you have chosen. Please read our delivery information page for full details of estimated delivery arrival times.
Can I cancel my order?
If we have not started processing your order you are free to cancel and we will provide a full refund. You must email us via our contact page immediately. We must receive the email before production has commenced. Once production has started we will not be able to cancel and refund your order.
I don't like how my product turned out, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately as your item is personalised we are unable to offer a refund on your order. For more information on how personalised items are excluded from distance selling regulations please visit the Which website.
I want to make a bulk order, do you offer discounts?
We can offer a discount on certain products depending on the quantity ordered. Please contact us and we will be able to give you more information on this.
