Customisation Details
Personalise your stocking with a name of up to 10 characters. Please note:
- Character Limit: We can embroider most standard characters, including accented letters (e.g., ó, á).
- Restrictions: We do not embroider emojis or symbols, only standard alphabet letters. Avoid using all capital letters, as this affects the font size and appearance.
- Size Variation: Names of different lengths will be embroidered to the maximum height or width, whichever comes first. For example, names like "Rob" and "Christopher" will appear in different sizes. We cannot accept returns for discrepancies in name sizes.

Next Working Day Delivery
Your order is dispatched with our courier for delivery the following working day when ordered Monday - Friday before 1pm. This is not a Weekend Delivery service, any orders placed after 1pm on Thursday and before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Any orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be delivered on Tuesday. Any items ordered at the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the first working day. - £7.95
Saturday Delivery
Your order will be dispatched via our courier’s Saturday delivery service. Orders must be placed before 1:00pm on the Friday to be eligible for Saturday delivery the next day - £9.95
