- Restrictions: We only embroider standard alphabet letters. Emojis or symbols cannot be used. Please avoid using all capital letters as this affects the font size and appearance.
- Size Variation: Names will be embroidered to fit the maximum height or width of the stocking. Note that different lengths will result in varied sizes of the name. We cannot accept returns for size discrepancies.

Next Working Day Delivery
Your order is dispatched with our courier for delivery the following working day when ordered Monday - Friday before 1pm. This is not a Weekend Delivery service, any orders placed after 1pm on Thursday and before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Any orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be delivered on Tuesday. Any items ordered at the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the first working day. - £7.95
Saturday Delivery
Your order will be dispatched via our courier’s Saturday delivery service. Orders must be placed before 1:00pm on the Friday to be eligible for Saturday delivery the next day - £9.95
