Stubbing quality, very soft and fluffy, love the added details of the wings on the back. The zipped part looks study. These will be well treasured gifts. Customer service was also excellent in the buying process.

I lost my Dad recently and wanted something really special to put his ashes in, something that would make me feel close to him. As soon as I saw this I knew it was the right thing, the picture didnt do it justice, it is absolutely beautiful and I will treasure it forever. Thank you so much ❤️

This was a difficult purchase for me, as it was for my little angel baby that we lost a few months ago. It was totally the right decision and it gave me comfort in ways I wasn't expecting.
Helen's words and just general interactions were genuinely warm, which is something that someone purchasing keepsakes probably welcomes. Just for her customer care alone she deserves another 5 stars.
If you're thinking about purchasing anything from this shop, I definitely recommend it. I will be in the future. :)
