Standard Delivery
All our product prices are inclusive of standard delivery, and are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class. Timescales for the delivery of all products are approximate. We do not accept responsibility for the delay of shipping under any circumstances. Please note that we will need to wait 21 Days from dispatch before we can track an item that has not arrived at it's destination.

Next Day Delivery Service (Mon - Fri)
If you are placing an order for more than 4 products please contact us before selecting the Next Day service as we may not be able to guarantee their production for the next day. Please check that the item you require is eligible for Next Day Delivery, this information will be next to the product description. If you are using our next day service, your delivery will be made by a courier who will require a signature. We do not accept liability for items not received when you have supplied an incorrect address. We reserve the right to amend delivery dates in the event of unexpected circumstances. In these circumstances you will be informed and have the right to cancel where a full refund will be provided. If your delivery is delayed due to adverse weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control we will refund your next day delivery service only and not the price of the product. You have the right to cancel any product that has not been personalised, or return any product that has not been personalised within the statutory period. Products that have been personalised can be cancelled if we have not started their production, and written confirmation of the cancellation is recieved by us before we begin production. Personalised products cannot be returned unless deemed faulty by us. We will not refund any product where incorrect information or images have been entered by you on our website, this includes spelling mistakes and incorrect images. We will not refund any product where the colour received does not exactly match that displayed on your monitor. Colour can appear different on different monitors, and as such we will do our best to match but will not be liable. Returned items must be returned in their original packaging and postage paid for by the customer. |
